Swami Medhananda

Swami Medhananda is a monk of the Ramakrishna Order at the Vedanta Society of Southern California and also a Senior Research Fellow in philosophy. An academic philosopher as well as a monastic teacher, he is especially known for bringing Vedanta into serious dialogue with contemporary philosophy, comparative religion, and modern intellectual life. His work has helped introduce Ramakrishna-Vedanta thought to a wider scholarly audience.
